At Clearwell C of E Primary School, we make music an enjoyable learning experience. We ensure that our music curriculum is in line with the National Curriculum and reflects our aims that all children become successful, confident, and responsible citizens. We encourage children to participate in a variety of musical experiences, which we aim to build up their confidence.
The National Curriculum for Music aims to ensure that all children:
- Perform, listen to, review and evaluate music
- Be taught to sing, create and compose music
- Understand and explore how music is created, produced and communicated.
